Privacy Policy
Last updated June 23, 2026
Your privacy matters. This policy explains, in plain terms, what we collect through axveer.io, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
Who we are
AXVEER LLC("AXVEER", "we", "us") is a technology studio headquartered in Virginia, USA, operating the website at axveer.io. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
- Project brief details — information you submit through our project brief at /brief, such as your name, contact details, company, and project description. Brief submissions are processed by our intake assistant hosted at agent.axveer.io.
- Newsletter email — your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Contact interactions — anything you include when you email or call us.
- Server logs — standard technical data your browser sends with each request (IP address, user agent, timestamps), kept in short-lived logs for security and reliability.
What we do not collect
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking pixels on this website. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiries and prepare proposals.
- Deliver the services you request.
- Send the newsletter you subscribed to.
- Maintain the security and reliability of the site.
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers that help us run AXVEER, and only as needed:
- AxveerAgentBot (agent.axveer.io) — processes project brief submissions.
- Google Workspace — authenticates our internal staff accounts.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers — operate the servers that run this site.
These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — to respond to your inquiry, deliver a service, or meet a legal obligation — after which we delete or anonymize it. Server logs are short-lived.
Security
We protect data with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
International transfers
AXVEER operates from the United States and delivers globally. If you contact us from outside the US, your information may be processed in the US and other countries where we or our providers operate. We take steps to ensure such transfers are protected under applicable law.
Your rights (EEA/UK — GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@axveer.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at hello@axveer.com.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
