Engagements & proposals
Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter a binding contract. Any engagement between you and AXVEER is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement or statement of work (SOW) signed by both parties. Information submitted through our project brief does not create an obligation on either side.

All Content on the Site is owned by AXVEER or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia.
